Note: For group practices, please contact your account manager if one or more practice users will need to send practice-wide announcements.
How to send an announcement (secure message) to multiple clients:
Note: Clients will receive no information regarding to whom, or how many, announcement messages are sent.
1. Select the Mail icon, then click the New Announcement tab.
2. Select the status group of clients for whom you wish to send the announcement.
3. Enter a Subject for your announcement and then type your text in the Message box.
4. Click the Send Message button to send it immediately, or click the Save Draft button if you want to save the message to send later.
Note: Clients will only see their own names on announcements they receive - there will be no indication as to whom, or to how many, the message was sent.
