Some clients require special permissions outside of your set default preferences. On each Client Portal Permissions page, you can set permissions for an individual that do not affect your default settings for all other clients.
Edit the portal permissions for an individual client:
1. Choose the Clients icon, and then click the desired client’s name from the Active client list.
2. Locate and click on the Portal Permissions button at the bottom of the page.
3. The radio buttons will reflect your current default permissions from your practice settings. Change permissions as desired by clicking the radio buttons below each permission.
*Billing Card Required preference is only visible if you have already set up and linked to a merchant account gateway.
4. Click Save.
