How to create folders to organize attachments:
1. Select the Settings icon and then the Practice Settings tab.
2. Select the Attachment Folders option from the menu options on the left.
3. Click Add Folder.
4. Enter a Folder Name, and a folder description (optional).
5. Click Add Folder when done.
6. Continue to add folders until you have added all folders needed.
How to add a previously uploaded attachment (for all clients) to a new folder:
1. Select the Client icon and then Attachments tab.
2. Click on No Folder.
Option 1
3a. Click edit for the attachment you wish to add to a folder.
4a. Select Folder from drop-down list and click Save.
Option 2
3b. Check the box next to the attachment you want to move to a folder.
4b. Select a Folder from drop-down list next to Assign checked to folder, and then click Change Folder.
How to add multiple previously uploaded attachments (for all clients) to a new folder:
1. Select the Client icon and then Attachments tab.
2. Click on No Folder
3. Check the box next to each attachment you wish to add to that folder.
4. Select a Folder from drop-down list next to Assign checked to folder, and then click Change Folder.

1. Select the Clients icon, and then click on the desired client’s name from the Active client list.
2. On the blue menu bar click the Attachments tab.
3. Click on No Folder
4. Click edit for the attachment you wish to add to a folder.
5. Select Folder from drop-down list and save.
