In the case of a mail message is sent to a client in error, you can remove that message.
NOTE: Please be cautious and deliberate and when sending messages to clients. Counsol can not guarantee you will be able to remove a message before the client is able to log in and view that message.
How to Remove a Mail Message:
1. Click the Mail icon, and then the Sent Mail tab.
2. Locate and click on the subject of the message to be deleted.
3. At the bottom right of the mail message, click the Remove Message button.
4. Click the green button to request a Removal Authorization Code.
5. Find the code in the email sent by the system. Highlight and copy the code, then return to the message page paste the code in the code field.
6. Tick the box to confirm you understand that deleting the message can not be undone, then click the green button to confirm you want to delete the message.
