How to set an out-of-office auto-reply message:
1.Select the Settings icon and the My Settings tab.
2. Select the Mail option from the My Settings menu column.
3. Set a return date in the box below Mail Out-of-office Auto-reply until to enable Auto-reply from now until that date. (mm/dd/yyyy)
4. Enter customized text to be displayed in your auto-reply message to clients.

5. Click Save Settings.
Note: To cancel Out-of-Office Auto-reply, simply delete the date entered below Mail Out-of-office Auto-reply until and click Save.
