Password Reset Email

How to send a password to a client who lost or forgot their password:

1. Select the Clients icon, and then click the desired client’s name from the Active clients list.

2. On the bottom of the Client Overview page, locate and click the Password Reset button.

3. Set a time for when the password reset link in the email will expire.

4. Click the Send Password Reset Email button.
