Session Format
Private Session
Used for scheduling private individual, couple, and family counseling sessions.
Group Session
Used for scheduling group therapy sessions that are public on your secure portal calendar.
Flextime
Used for scheduling personal events (meetings, personal appointments, lunches, etc.) on your calendar, or simply blocking out availability during a specific time. Flextime sessions are for your private viewing and are not visible to clients.
Note: If you do not want the title of the flextime event to display on your internal calendar, choose the "hide on calendar" option.
Session Type
Office Visit
Used for scheduling private individual, couple, and family counseling sessions meeting in your office.
Online Video
Used for scheduling individual therapy sessions that will be held by video connection online through the secure portal. (NOTE: You can NOT schedule a video session with groups, or with couples if the couples will be on different computers. Video sessions must be a one-to-one connection.)
Online Chat
Used for scheduling individual therapy sessions that will be held by instant messenger online through the secure portal. (NOTE: You can NOT schedule a chat session with groups, or with couples if the couples will be on different computers. Chat sessions must be a one-to-one connection.)
Phone Call
Used for scheduling private individual, couple, and family counseling sessions that will be held over the phone.
