How to change when session reminders are sent:
1. Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Practice Settings tab.
2. Select Sessions from the menu options on the left.
3. From the drop-down menu under Session Reminders Sent, select the number of hours prior to a session that you want reminders sent to clients, then click Save.
Note: You can override the practice name in text and email messages by adding custom names on the Default Notifications for New Clients section.
