Video Session Screen Sharing

Screen sharing is a useful tool that allows the client to view a specific part or all of your computer screen during a video session.

 


 

How to Enable Screen Sharing during Video Sessions for the Practice:

 

NOTE: Screen sharing must first be enabled for the practice before enabling for each individual clinician wanting to use that feature.

 

 

1. Go to the Practice Settings > Sessions page.

 

2. Under the "Video Session - Allow Counselors to enable Screen Sharing", select Yes and then click the Save button.

 

 

 


 

 

How to Enable Screen Sharing during Video Sessions for the Practice:

 

NOTE: Each individual clinical user must enable screen sharing from within their own account after it has been enabled for the practice.

 

1. Go to Settings > My Settings > Sessions.

 

2. Under the "Video Session - Enable Screen Sharing option" select Yes, then Save.

 

 

 


 

 

How to Use Screen Sharing during Video Sessions:

 

 
1. Connect to the video session.

 

 
2. Click the Share Screen button at the bottom of the video window.

 

 
3. A pop-up window will ask if you are sure you want to share your screen. Click Yes.

 

 
4. Select whether to share only a specific tab within your browser, your entire browser window, or your entire screen.

 

 
5. After making your selection, click the Share button at the bottom right of the window.
 
NOTE: Depending on your browser, you may have to enlarge the window to view the Share button.
