How to cancel a session (Individual/Group):
Option 1
1. Select the Calendar icon and click on the scheduled session time or client name.
2. On the Session Details Overview page, click the Cancel Session button at the bottom.
3. Select a Reason for Canceling
Note: You can select from the drop-down list or your can type a custom reason in the text box.
4. If you wish to void the invoice when canceling the session, make sure to select Yes under Void Invoice.
5. Click the Cancel Appointment button.
Option 2
1. Select the Clients icon, and then click the desired client’s name from the Active clients list.
2. The client Overview will list upcoming sessions. Click on the desired session's Date/Time.
3. Click the Cancel Session button.
4. Select a Reason for Canceling

5. If you wish to void the invoice when canceling the session, make sure to select Yes under Void Invoice.
6. Click the Cancel Appointment button.
How to cancel recurring sessions (Individual/Group)
Option 1
1. Select the Calendar icon. Locate the first session in the recurrences that you want canceled, and then click on the scheduled session's time.
2. Click the Cancel Session button.
3. Under the the Status row, is the option to Cancel just this Session, or Cancel this and future recurrences. Select the radio button next to your choice.
4. If you wish to void the invoice(s) when canceling the session, make sure to select Yes under Void Invoice.
5. Click the Cancel Appointment button.
Option 2
1. Select the Clients icon, and then click the client’s name from the Active clients list for whom you want recurring sessions canceled.
2. Under the Upcoming Sessions list on the client Overview page, recurring sessions will be designated by a "recurring arrow" icon. Locate the first session in the recurrences that you want canceled, and then click on the scheduled session's Date/Time, or the pencil icon (Edit Session).
3. Under the the Status row, is the option to Cancel just this Session, or Cancel this and future recurrences. Select the radio button next to your choice.
4. If you wish to void the invoice(s) when canceling the session, make sure to select Yes under Void Invoice.
5. Click the Cancel Appointment button.
How to remove an individual from a group session
1. Navigate to the Session Overview page for the group session.
Option 1
A. Select the Calendar icon. Locate the first session in the recurrences that you want canceled, and then click on the scheduled session's time.
Option 2
B. Select the Clients icon, and then click the client’s name from the Active clients list, and click the group session date in the Upcoming Sessions box.
2. From the Session Overview page for the group session, locate the individual who will not be/did not attend the session in the list of confirmed clients.
3. Click the red "X" under the Actions column next to the client's name.
4. Enter/Select a reason for canceling the client.
5. If you wish to void the invoice when removing the client, make sure to select Yes under Void Invoice.
6. Click the Remove button.
