In a group practice, you may sometimes have more than one clinician in a session. If this is the case for your practice, please contact your personal account manager about allowing scheduling multiple counselors in a session.
Once the setting is enabled, you can add a second clinician after scheduling the session for the primary clinician.
NOTE: Counsol.com is currently unable to accommodate conducting video sessions involving more than one clinician and one client. The instructions below are strictly for scheduling purposes.
How to schedule a session with multiple clinicians:
1. Schedule a session (individual or group) as normal.
2. Once the session is saved, on the Session Details page, click the green "+" icon next to the primary clinician's name. This will open a drop-down menu from which you can select an additional clinician from your practice.
3. Make your selection then click the "Add" button to the right of your selected clinician. The session will then show on both clinicians' calendars and both users will be able to create documentation for the session as needed.
