Change Session Time/Date/Location

How to change a session date/time/location:

 

Option 1

 

1. Select the Calendar icon and click on the scheduled session time.

2.Click the Change Date/Time/Location button.

 

NOTE: If your practice has only one location, the button will only display with "Change Date/Time"

3. Make the necessary changes and click Save Changes.

 

Note: If you wish to notify the client of the changes make sure you check Yes under Email Notification.

Option 2

 

1. Select the Clients icon, and then click the desired client’s name from the Active clients list.

 

2. The client Overview will list upcoming sessions. Click on the desired session's Date/Time.

3.Click the Change Date/Time/Location button.

 

NOTE: If your practice has only one location, the button will only display with "Change Date/Time"

4. Make the necessary changes and click Save Changes.

 

Note: If you wish to notify the client of the changes make sure you check Yes under Email Notification.
