Change General Preferences

How to change general account preferences:

 

1.Select the Settings icon and then click on the My Settings tab.

2. Make the necessary changes to your preferences.

 

 

Calendar Display

 

Choose your correct local TIME and matching DATE - To ensure accurate messaging and reminders, make sure your account is set to the correct time zone. Select from the drop-down list.

 

Calendar Default View - This is the landing page you are taken to when you click on the Calendar icon.

 

Month/4-week View - Choose whether your calendar will expand to show all times/session on the Month/4-Week view (Expanded), or if your calendar will remain fixed in size to allow for scrolling when numerous times/sessions are present (Compact).

 

 

 

Clients

 

Client Birthdays - Default Date Range - Set the default range for upcoming birthdays when you click on Clients > Birthdays

 

Client Birthdays - Default Client Status - Set the default Status of clients for upcoming birthdays when you click on Clients > Birthdays

 

 

 

Sessions

 

Session Default Format - Setting a default session format will pre-populate the session format when scheduling new sessions. This is useful if the majority of your sessions fall under one format.  Choose from No Default, Private Session, Group Session, and Flextime.

 

Session Default Type - Setting a default session type will pre-populate the session type when scheduling new sessions. This is useful if the majority of your sessions fall under one type. Choose from No Default, Office Visit, Online Video, Online Chat, and Phone Call.

 

 

 

Mail

 

Mail inbox default view - This determines what is displayed on the landing page when you click on the Mail icon. Choose from Show All, Read, and Unread.

 

Mail Out-of-office Auto-reply until - Set the ending date through which you want an auto-reply message sent to clients who send you a message through the portal.

 

Mail Out-of-office Auto-reply Message (max 250 chars) -  Enter the auto-reply message you want sent to clients who send you a message through the portal.

Notifications

 

My Email Notifications - Set which email notifications you as the counselor prefer to receive.  For more details, see Counselor Notifications.

 

 

 

Display

 

Number of rows to display on list pages - Select the number of rows you would like displayed on list pages.

Example: If set to 20, the Active client list page will list 20 clients per page.

 

Practice Summary show Billing Totals - Select Yes to enable and No to disable your billing totals being displayed on the your Practice Summary page..

 

Insurance Claim 1500 Print Margins - Use these numbers to adjust the margins for printing 1500 form claims if you printing is not aligned. Default is 0 and 0.

Security

 

Password - Change the password you use to log into your CounSol.com account.  For more details, see Change Password.

 

Challenge Questions - Change the challenge questions on file for verifying your identity when resetting your own password.  For more details, see Change Challenge Questions.

 

Two-Factor Authentication - Add an extra layer of security that requires not only a password and username but an additional, constantly-changing password that only one user can access. For more details, see Two-Factor Authentication.

 

Allow simultaneous logins using this account from different computers/devices - If enabled this allows two or more computers to be logged in simultaneously to an account using the same username and password.

 

Inactivity Timeout - CounSol.com automatically logs out users after a set period of idle time. One of the HIPAA Healthcare requirements states roughly: "Implement electronic procedures that terminate an electronic session after a predetermined time of inactivity." It is recommended that you select the shortest period of time that you feel is appropriate.

 

 

 

Membership Billing

 

View your Membership Details, Cards on File, and a full list of Payments received.
