The system is setup to automatically create invoices for all sessions booked. For those times when a counselor needs to bill for a service that is not a session (letter writing, court appearances, deposits, etc.) you can manually create an invoice for that service that will be tied to the individual client's account, but not to any specific session.
How to create an invoice for a generic service
1. Click on the Billing icon and then the New Invoice tab.
2. Select the client to be billed from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter a Description, Diagnosis Code (optional), Total fee, Client Responsibility amount, and Due Date.
4. Select the appropriate notification setting, then click Save.
