Clients can receive an array of notifications as set in your Practice Settings or on an individual basis. CounSol.com recommends leaving all practice settings enabled for security and accountability purposes.
NOTE: Changes made to the Default Notifications for New Clients settings will only affect clients registered after the change is made. If you wish to reset all clients to a new default, contact your account manager.
NOTE: Text notifications are static and contain all basic information required for reminders/confirmations. If you would like to add text to your text message notifications, contact your account manager regarding adding a custom message to texts ($5/mo).
