Change how your clients' names are displayed on your internal calendar:
1. Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Practice Settings tab..
2. Select Calendar from the menu column on the left.
3. Under Calendar Client Name Format select the appropriate format from the drop-down menu.
4. Click the Save Settings button.
Note: For security and compliance reasons, to change the client name format for any external calendar subscriptions and/or notifications, you must contact your account manager to discuss options and confirm your desired format.
