Set Session Limit

For counselors who work with EAPs or offer sessions in packages, it's helpful to monitor the number of sessions authorized for a client.  By setting a session limit, you can quickly see how many sessions have been used from a designated number or when the authorization/subscription for that client will expire.

Setting a limited number/date range of sessions for a client

 

 

1. Select the Clients icon, and then click on the desired client’s name from the Active clients list.

2. Under Account Details on the client's Overview page, locate the Session Limit row.  Click the change link.

3. Enter the number of sessions, or beginning and ending date range for scheduling, in the appropriate box. Then click Save.

Viewing/Editing the set limited number/date range of sessions for a client

 

 

1. Select the Clients icon, and then click on the desired client’s name from the Active clients list.

2. Under Account Details on the client's Overview page, locate the Session Limit row.  The number of sessions used from the set limit and/or the expiration date of the clients scheduling allowance is displayed.

3. Click the change link.

 

 

4. In the Session Limit History, click the Remove link under the Actions column to remove the session limit and/or expiration date.

5. If needed, follow the steps above for setting a new limited number/date range of sessions for the client.
