For instances where the responsibility of paying an invoice is shared by two registered clients, you may split the invoice between them.
Note: To allow splitting of an invoice, there must be:
1. Two registered clients listed as attending the session,
2. No copay listed on the invoice, and
3. No payments or adjustments currently assigned to the invoice.
How to Split and Invoice between clients in a single session
1. Click an invoice shortcut or invoice # to open the View Invoice page.
2. Click the Split Invoice button at the top of the page.
Note: If you don't see the Split Invoice button, one or more of the requirements listed above has not been met.
3. Confirm/Edit the listed amounts to be charged to each party, then click Split Invoice.
