Built-in Templates

In addition to your custom forms, we have some templates already in the system for you. A Treatment Plan, Progress Note, and a Biopsychosocial History form are available to use at your discretion.

Content from your saved treatment plan automatically displays in your progress notes allowing you to comment on the status of treatment objectives and goals.
